Accountant - Tires
Your tasks
- Registration of invoices for goods and services issued by internal and external suppliers in accordance with Romanian accounting norms and legislation and following the rules and procedures of the Group (transport services, utilities, maintenance, repairs; consumables, spare parts, raw materials);
- Checks the existence of orders / CEOS, contracts, respectively the list of exceptions according to the supply procedure when registering invoices in accounting, informs the persons responsible in the event that the orders / CEOS, the contracts have not been drawn up properly for their adjustment;
- Preparing and verifying the invoices of the suppliers for making payments in due time according to the internal rules and the payment conditions agreed with the suppliers;
- Communicating with suppliers to confirm supplier / client balances and records and making necessary adjustments or corrections when necessary;
- Transmission of information / documents / reports to the financial / internal auditors, authorities with the approval of the direct superior, when this information is requested;
- Preparation of various, obvious situations, reports, data analysis or other details requested by the superior or the management of the company;
- Recording of expenses reports and payments in lei and other currencies;
- Preparation of bank payments and reporting of cash-flow, netting overview.
Your profile
- University degree in Economics;
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position;
- English - medium level;
- SAP experience - is an advantage;
- Experience in an International Company is an advantage.
