Your tasks
Check out your future responsibilities below:
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Assist with reporting on the project status and deadline/ schedule tracking
- Assist with identifying, managing, and resolving project risks and issues
- Organizing and maintaining project related files and documentation, including maintenance of Sharepoint
- Proactively communicate with the project team and other stakeholders in order to collect data on project performance (Action item completion, timelines, milestones, etc)
- Preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for PM Team
Your profile
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Have an academic level of English written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office tools experience (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint, Planner, etc)
- Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively
- Team spirit and the ability to work with a group of diverse people
- Strong interpersonal skills to actively listen and communicate
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail, research, analytical and multitasking skills
