Quality Engineer - MC (Radial)

Your tasks

  • Ensure fulfillment of ISO 9001/ IATF16979 requirement as well as customer and internal requirement.
  • Review, maintain and continuous improvement of the Quality management system documentation.
  • Validation of QMS through QMS audit.
  • Organize and manage audits and correction action reporting system.
  • Continuous improvement of process and product performance. 
  • Support trial, pilot and 1st released of new process and product in cooperation with the production / process / PI. 
  • Control and provide supervision of calibration/verification of measuring device and system.
  • Manage quality tools: QDV, QDA MCAT, FFDACS and CTD.
  • Provide training on Quality issue and business processes.
  •  Initiate to solve problem, monitoring and improvement production quality to support company target with satisfy customer.
  • Promoting and implement using systematic problem solving methods (PDCA, A3, SPS and etc.) including tracking of effectiveness.
  • Initiation of TTKF platform self learning service.
  • Evaluation and approval of Two wheel specific suppliers.
  • Responsible for Supplier complain.
  • Other quality relevant supplier topics. 
  • Promoting the Quality policy and effective implementation of QMS.
  • Organize and implement activities for quality related training including quality mind set in Two wheel Rayong.
  •  Internal reporting for all Q-relevant topics.
  • Quality management review, operations reviews, customer complaints, CoP results, internal scrap, supplier performance, process capability, audits, and ect. to plant and BU.
  • Manage and lead direct reports.
  • Train, educate and develop subordinate.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience 3-5 years in Automotive Manufacturing.
  • Experience 2-3 years in Quality Management System and Quality audit.
  • Has knowledge of Data analysis.
  • Has knowledge of Quality management tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, PPAP, MSA, etc.) related to International standard Six Sigma qualification.
  • Project management knowledge.
  • Good in spoken and written English.
  • Working in international environment.
