Your tasks
Are you passionate about the Automotive Industry? Do you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a dedicated and innovative "Head of Law Corporate and M&A" (m/f/diverse) to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- All corporate law matters, especially regarding the annual shareholders‘ meeting, advice to the executive board, supervisory board and its committees
- Advice on capital market requirements, including its compliance, as well as on corporate governance and finance activities
- All legal advice regarding mergers, acquisitions and divestment
- Global responsibility for "corporate housekeeping activities" for all affiliates
- Leading a team of fully qualified lawyers (m/f/d)
Your profile
If you are a motivated fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with
- Significant experiences in corporate law and M&A
- Proven strong leadership skills
- Several years of experience as an in-house counsel
- Excellent understanding of economic contexts
- Excellent communication skills in German and English in written and spoke
- An independent work style and being a team player
- Strong ownership and convincing appearance
