IT Support Specialist

• Responsible for user support through help desk tickets, phone calls, emails, or in-person consultations.
• Maintaining records of issues, resolutions, and processes for future reference.
• Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and software in the office and shop floor area.
• Responsible for OS installation and security patches in office and shop floor area.
• Ensuring the IT network is functioning properly and troubleshooting connectivity or performance issues.
• Responsible for asset and license management.
• Assisting with the implementation of security protocols to protect against cyber threats and ensuring data integrity.
• Offering guidance or training to staff on how to use software or technology tools.
• Provide on-call support for production users and PCs.

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, and familiarity with iOS and Linux.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Good communication skills for assisting non-technical users.
