Your tasks

•Assist in the coordination of training program, workshop, etc.
•Support the administration of learning management system, help maintain training records and track employee participation in L&D initiatives.
•Support the development of training materials and resources.
•Conduct research on best practices in learning methodologies and tools.
•Gather feedback from participants to assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
•Participate in initiatives aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
•Support communication efforts related to learning & development and organizational culture initiatives.
•Assist with onboarding processes for new employees/ interns, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
•Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
•Provide administrative support to the HR team.

Your profile

•Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
•Strong interest in Learning and Development and Organizational Culture.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while being self-motivated.
•Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
