Automated SAP Cost Optimization - Intern
Your tasks
Automating SAP Processes:
- Develop and execute new SAP material codes.
- Create or modify Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routing Sheets.
- Configure and activate SAP operation parameters for production.
Cost Calculation and Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to reduce operational costs.
- Ensure that sustainable practices are incorporated into project workflows.
Data Analysis and Problem Solving:
- Analyze SAP data to detect and resolve system errors.
- Generate detailed reports on production activities and provide recommendations.
Project Management:
- Participate in project planning, execution, and follow-up across various areas.
- Keep track of project activities and prioritize tasks based on delivery timelines.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with multiple departments to gather and verify data.
- Communicate project progress and updates with stakeholders through emails and meetings.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to propose innovative solutions for system optimization.
- Document process changes and improvements for future reference.

Education:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Intelligent Technologies, and Mechanical Engineering,
- Relevant academic background in cost calculation, production management, or systems optimization is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SAP modules and interface.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of data analysis techniques for process optimization.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify inefficiencies in SAP processes.
- Ability to detect and resolve errors in SAP configurations.
- Capacity to propose innovative solutions for cost-saving and process improvements.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with multiple departments.
English proficiency at a B1 level (or higher) for work instructions, emails, and reports.
