Sales Analyst

Your tasks

To support sales team by managing sales processes, sales-related payout and incentives includes payout calculation, tracking and reporting, analysing sales data; and ensuring the effective implementation of sales strategies. This role involves optimizing operational workflows, supporting the CRM systems as Local Key User and providing actionable insights to drive sales performance and efficiency.

Sales Campaign & Incentives Management

▪ Develop and manage Sales campaigns and incentives payout calculation and performance tracking to ensure accurate and timely payments.
▪ Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
▪ Assist in setting targets for sales campaigns and incentives.

Local Key User (LKU) - CRM

▪ Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT to ensure that business requirements are effectively addressed.
▪ Assist with the use and maintenance of sales tools and CRM systems, including handling change requests, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT); and ensuring the systems are maintained with accurate and up-to-date information.
▪ Participate in periodic LKU meetings with other markets to share knowledge and market feedback to add value to business.
▪ Provide support and training to sales team members on tools and processes.
▪ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CRM systems.

▪ Handle other CRMs system in term of maintaining and updating sales related data
▪ Oversee the day-to-day sales reporting in CRMs system, ensuring data integrity and its functionality.
▪ Serve as a gatekeeper in assessing the information to be shared via CRMs system

Data Management and Analysis

▪ Collect, analyse, and interpret sales data to provide insights and recommendations.
▪ Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics.

Reporting and Performance Tracking:

▪ Provide daily sales updates to sales team.
▪ Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
▪ Analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
▪ Prepare and present performance reports to sales leadership.

Sales Support

▪ Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
▪ Provide support to the sales team by resolving operational issues and facilitating communication.
▪ Raise Credit Note approval for Sales related payout

Process Improvement

▪ Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new processes or tools.
▪ Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales operations.

Collaboration and Communication

▪Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, IT, CRM system’s Central Key User and other departments to support sales initiatives and resolve operational issues.
▪Provide support and guidance to sales teams regarding campaign details, incentive program mechanics, and performance expectations.

Your profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Operations, Sales Analyst, Sales Support or in a similar role with a focus on sales campaigns and incentives. 
 

Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel). Proficiency in Power BI and/or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
