Contract Manufacturing Manager Route 25 (m/f/diverse) - REF67392Y
Your tasks
In this role, you will play a crucial part in organizing the execution of Route 25 by managing SCM-related topics from the BA IEMEA perspective. This position can also be filled outside Germany Hanover. You will have the responsibility for planning and executing contractual manufacturing obligations in the frame of Route 25, which includes:
- Supply Management with periodically regular and on-demand reports and analysis of the performance of contract manufacturing based on defined KPI`s
- Manage CM SCM, ensure timely delivery, mitigation actions & line transfer execution support
- Secure process and data quality in terms of timelines, preciseness and relevance of information leading and steering all SCM related activities
- Management of logistic standards, processes and system requirements
- Close alignment with Operations, especially in regards of line transfers, bank builts and support accordingly
- For the respective product segment you ensure the definition, implementation and regular provision of SC KPis, performance monitoring and reportings for delivery performance OTIF, inventory management, production capacities / capacity utilization, forecast accuracy, costs
- Establish an ongoing assessment of SC risks & opportuinities
- Initiate escalation processes, if required
- Ensure interface to / involvement of the "Raw material / Inbound Logistics" functions
- Support product phase-in and phase-out processes
- Collaborate with "Process & Projects" and the SIOP Support teams to define & implement process, system, tool & KPI standards
Your profile
- Academic degree in SCM, Economics, Engineering, Operations, Business or similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Planning, E2E SIOP operations (good cross-functional knowledge)
- Excellent know-how in SCM tools and methods, in particular familiarity with the supply chain planning area
- Proven track record in implementing SCM processes and IT systems
- Successful working experience in an international organization / context
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, facilitation & moderation skills, in a highly operational & dynamic context
- High level of customer orientation
