Assistant Manager Purchasing - Non Production Materials

Your tasks

  • Sourcing, contract and price negotiations for non-production materials and services, and purchasing projects to contribute to the profitability of the company.
  • Lead and drive Tender or RFQ/ RFP/RFI.
  • Analysis and controlling of contractual agreements to prepare renegotiations/subsequent negotiations, initiate appropriate measures and ensure supplies / service deliveries..
  • Actively participate in the development phase of the sourcing process as per documented sourcing process by choosing suppliers, negotiating prices and commercial terms.
  • Consolidate and demand bundling to achieve cost savings.
  • Align with Purchasing process methods & tools and ensure compliance of global and country policies as well as category management.

Your profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree with minimum 5-7 years experience in a Purchasing / Procurement function of Non-Production Materials (NPM) & Services.
  • MM Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record in cost reduction.
