System Requirement engineer (Identifying NO. R&D1609 )
Your tasks
- The Systems Requirements Engineer is responsible for, based on system requirements and internal standard / generic platform requirements: eliciting, analyzing, documenting and validating the System requirements for a development project, creating the System Requirement Specification (according to RE method: quality, acceptance criteria, technical feasibility), analyzing and managing change requests.
- Provides specification and prioritization of System requirements
- Harmonizes and agrees/aligns requirements with the System Project Manager and System Requirements Engineer of platform (especially deviations)
- Ensures reuse of generic requirements
- Supports the project team in understanding the requirements
- Manages requirements and implement changes requests in Specifications
- Creates the system requirements specification
- Highlights deviations compared to stakeholder requirements
- Maintains KPI’s related to requirements maturity and traceability
Your profile
- Demonstrated ability of intercultural working styles and understanding of global acumen with experience in
- Experience in R&D and Project Management methods, processes, skills, and tools
- Possesses planning and organizational skills and is a results and customer-oriented person
- Experienced and knowledgeable in problem solving techniques
- Knowledgeable of relevant products and technologies
- Possesses an understanding of related technologies
- Knowledgeable of the Requirements Engineering process
- Experience with, or knowledge of Requirements Engineering (management, analysis, methods, processes, and tools; Doors, IMS-RM, MKS, …)
- Knowledgeable in SE development standards (CMMI, ASPICE,…)
- Experienced with functional safety (ISO 26262 or DO178B or IEC61508)
- Fluent English
