Senior Algo Developer

• Opportunity to be the part of very challenging team, which is bringing Complex, State of art radar signal processing algorithms in embedded platforms running in the car.
• Engage with technical agile project team, understand their business and technical needs, develop the radar algorithm solutions according to the requirements.
• Development of a scalable algorithms using the most innovative technologies according to the key requirements.
• Supporting the technical departments in solving issues affecting the overall system.
• Continuous improvement of tools, methods, and processes in the area of algorithm development, reporting of KPIs.

Skillset Required: 

•  
• Minimum 7 to 12 Years of relevant experience in programming, debug silks in signal processing \ classification domain 
• Strong communication & Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent programming skills in C , C++  programming is must
• Strong understanding of digital and statistical signal processing concepts
• Strong hands-on experience in developing digital and statistical signal processing
• Strong problem-solving skills in real world applications in the area of signal processing \machine learning concepts
• Strong hands-on experience in concepts like Kalman filtering, regression algorithms, classification models
• Strong understandings of radar principles & automotive radar applications like object tracking, classification etc.
• Ability to derive technical roadmap & vision for signal processing algorithm
• Ability to provide technical support to next level team
• Testing, verification, and validation of signal processing algorithm requirements
• Strong experience with software validation methods (unit tests, static white box tests)
• Strong hands-on experience in configuration management systems like GIT, JIRA
• Good to have - Exposure of anyone of the sensor Domains like Computer Vision/ Radar/ Lidar/ 3D Lidar.
• Strong collaboration skill across multiple function teams 
• Strong Hands on in python is an added advantage. 

Master’s / bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics, Electrical or related field.
