HR Location Specialist - Recruitment Analyst

Your tasks

  • Ensure timely coverage of the necessary Head Count, through compliance with the Recruitment and Personnel Selection Procedure and contact with GDL Recruitment Center: Manage and control the process of search, recruitment, interviews, medical examination, assessments and selection of personnel.
  • All through the support of GDL Recruitment Center in case of positions SG9 onwards, and as direct responsible for Positions SG8 downwards.
  • Generate Formal Offer Request, of the selected personnel, to the Compensation and Benefits area.
  • Follow up the Offer process.
  • Request and collect documentation for the file and hiring of personnel.
  • Generate the personnel registration form for the effective entry to the plant.
  • Manage and control the use of the ATS for Silao Colinas Plant, from the beginning to the closing of vacancies.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's Degree: Industrial Relations, Human Capital, Industrial Engineering or related.
  • English: Intermediate
  • 2 years of experience in recruiting blue collar positions.
  • Management of social networks
  • Management of digital job boards
  • Experience in salary analysis
  • Excel proficiency
