Your tasks

The Diversity Network Stöcken is an open network for all employees at our Continental location in Hannover Stöcken. This internship provides an opportunity to gain experience in developing, implementing, and managing initiatives that promote diversity and foster an inclusive workplace culture. In this position, you will have an important role in supporting and contributing to our commitment.

This position is available with the next possible starting date for a period of 4–6 months. The following tasks will await you in this exciting position: 

  • Support in the planning and implementation of various events, initiatives, and activities, e.g. the German Diversity Day
  • Creation of marketing and communication materials (articles, blog posts, posters, presentations)
  • Maintaining and improvement of the relevant communication and team channels

Your profile

  • Students (m/f/diverse) in the fields of social sciences, communication sciences, business administration or comparable
  • Ideally with a focus/specialization in media, communication, information, or Human Resources
  • Familiarity and confidence in using social media platforms
  • Confident handling of MS Office-programs
  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken (Good knowledge of German is an asset)
  • Good communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Creativity and design skills, marketing competence
  • Teamwork and also ability to work independently
