Licensing & Legal Audit Manager (m/f/d) - REF48650F

Your tasks

This position is within the ‘Homologation & Regulatory Compliance’ Team at Continental Tires, where you would carry the responsibility to manage and maintain Legal Plant Licenses. The role also involves coordinating a multidisciplinary team of colleagues in R&D, our plants, and in our satellite offices around the world in the timely execution of legal audits relevant to regulatory compliance. This exciting function offers exposure to multiple different areas within the Continental Tires organization, as well as interactions with colleagues around the world.

Core activities of this role are:

  • Quality Orientation with high stakeholder focus (internal/external) 
  • Planning & Organizing of multidisciplinary team targets and activities 
  • Taking Ownership for relevant audit coordination processes  
  • Collaborating with external authorities

Your profile

  • Bachelor Degree / vocational training in the field of Science, Engineering, Business Administration or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in ​​product development, process management or similar
  • Experience leading projects with high complexity and cross-functional teams
  • Several years of experience working in international teams preferred
  • Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
