Please join us and contribute to our goals with your new role as SAP S4 Shopfloor Operations Team Lead (m/f/diverse) at our location in Hanover. The position can also be staffed at any other ContiTech location globally.

In this role, you're in charge of the following tasks:

• Define, Design / Develop, Implement and Secure standards in template within SAP S/4HANA PP Area incl. interfaces and add-ons / add-ins
• Implement S/4HANA functionality in ContiTech legal entities, including needed integrations to ecosystem supporting solutions
• Manage Shopfloor Operations / PP stream to deliver solutions per agreed time frame
• Support Rollout Team and LKU organization
• Work with business to design an authorization concept
• Work with Migration team to design a migration tool
• Manage team members (SAP IT consultants and business process as well as external consultants) to deliver solutions in coordination with Rollout Teams

• Academic degree in Information Technologies or Business Administration
• Several years of relevant professional experience in SAP Configuration, Business knowledge related to production planning and execution as well as basic Knowledge of related modules
• Relevant leadership experience
• Project Management experience e.g. Project Participation, Management of Implementation and Rollout Projects
• Experience in production planning tools, e.hg. SIOP
• Fluent English language skills written and spoken, German language skills desirable 
• Intercultural Sensitivity
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to enhance team collaboration
• Willingness for occasional ad hoc business trips worldwide (max. 10 %)
