Supply Chain Execution Manager (Production Planning & Customers)

Your tasks

Ensure that the client's requirements are received at the plant, through authorized means, which are reflected in the system so that production can be planned. Ensure that shipments to customers are fulfilled according to requirements.

Prepare and manage the production and MRP program of the product segments based on the client's requirements, aligning the client's delivery policy with the objectives of inventory returns and reduction of extraordinary freight.

Leading production planning
Assure in time and correct product shipments related to required customer demands
Production planning according to customer requirements and production constraints
Assure in-time procurement of all necessary materials to run the internal production without disruption

Supervision/Creation of Scheduling Plans for the parts required by clients, including packaging and carriers so that the information reflects the client's current and real requirements. ▪ Establish collection window agreements with clients. ▪ Review changes to production schedules on customer portals and ensure these changes are reflected in requirements. ▪ Negotiate with clients in case of urgent, unscheduled or unmet requirements " "▪ Monitor the delivery ratings given on customer portals, establish actions in case the rating required by the client is not met. ▪ Rating disputes with clients for cases not attributable to the plant" "▪ Coordinate, supervise the activities of maritime personnel. ▪ Analyze root causes and establish action plans in case of deficiencies in shipments ▪ Develop shipping area procedures and monitor compliance. ▪ Verify that the work team in the shipping area is operating according to operational needs. "

▪ Follow up on the creation of advance shipping notices (ASN) by customer administrators ▪ Monitor the production plan to ensure that the finished product is available within the window times established for shipment to the customer. ▪ Monitor and follow up on the activities of customer administrators

• Verify that the client requirements are registered in SAP • Generate planning table and execute MRP, verify MRP against planning to determine changes, increments, decrements, break point • Generate production program for the segments under your responsibility based on the client's requirements. • Balance production lines (assignment of part numbers and capacity per line) according to their availability to produce. • Control the production plan to prioritize the activities and models that are run on the line.
