Industrial Engineer

-Execute the entire industrialization process:

-Develop machine specifications (Design and release machines, according to ergonomics and safety standards and Continental design guides).

-Request competitive quotes.

-Generate purchase orders

-Install and release all equipment and tools.

-Pre-PSO Run

-Run PSO.

-Deliver all documentation to APQP or Quality/Production/Maintenance department.

-Deliver equipment manuals to maintenance in time for the PSO if necessary.

-Train the maintenance and leader team during the PSO phase

-Seguimiento a ingreso de facturas y pagos en el sistema y capitalizar los equipos con el departamento de finanzas de activos fijos.

-Monitoring the entry of invoices and payments into the system and capitalizing the equipment with the fixed asset finance department.

-Monitoring the depreciation of production equipment and creating eDR if it is depreciated and/or renewing capital if necessary

-LPA's, Deviations and Corrective Actions.

-Complete LPAs on a monthly basis by the responsible IE engineer following the guidelines. Carry out the corresponding LPA's according to plan and frequency.

-Close or extend deviations -Close all corrective actions according to the quality system. -Support for scrap analysis and reduction.

-Support to generate: 8D's, 5 because, R&R, etc.

-Maintain updated cycle times based on Time Management. Maintain updated Routings in conjunction with the SAP Key User.

-Continuous Improvement -Reduction of Inventory in Process (WIP)

-Line Balancing + Optimization of productive space layout Pcs/m2

-Use of line compaction techniques / Lean Manufacturing / kaizen -Improvement in current machines and request capital for the renewal of depreciated equipment.

-Reduction of operators (HC) -Macro-Layout Activities

-Complete the necessary training. -Provide basic training in maintenance of the technologies installed on production lines.

-Support for solving problems in equipment and production processes. -Register critical spare parts in MRO

-Provide the best tool for model changes and normal processes.
