Analyze process failures found in production to detect problems in a timely manner, raise FPY, avoid customer failures and
feedback to SQM in vendor failures.
Perform Product Audits and Layered Process Audits (LPA). It is necessary that the LPA cover different topics such as the SPC, check list, records, maintenance, etc.
Capture and archive reports from different quality databases.
Have documentation and history of failures and present the results at the project meeting.
Participate in the analysis of the events of Jidoka and execute the line cuts that are in the production plant.
Coordinate the containment actions and validate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

Training-Knowledge in electronics and related.
Level: Bachelor's degree or studying the last semester of the bachelor's.
1 to 3 years of experience in Electronic Industry, Diagnostics and Quality.
Knowledge of Quality Tools MSA/MCA, PCA, SPC, Jidoka, etc.
Knowledge in Problem Solving tools (Ishikawa, A3, 8Ds, 5Why's, etc.)
Knowledge of IPC 610.
Experience in Product Audits.
Experience in Layered Process Audit.
Responsible and committed with availability of schedule.
Provide support to projects in production, based on detailed knowledge of the operation of the products.
Provide diagnostics (Electronic failure analysis) on production line failures in the product and support product training.
Coordinate the actions of containment and participate in corrective and preventive actions derived from Jidoka events and nonconformities found in the production floor.
