Finance and Central Controlling Lead

Supports with Finance and Central Controlling coordination for Mexican Plants and Central Function departments (GBS, Tax, Treasury, NPM, Electronic Invoicing). Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information. Ensures compliance with  internal and external regulatory requirements. Coordination with operative Controlling activities for central related topics and month end closing activities. Drive changes and innovation towards cost savings, cash flow improvement and compliance

-Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards
-Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
-Exercise internal financial audits and support with the mthly BS reviews
-Attendance and support with requirements from external Auditors

-Coordinate Month End Closing Activities between GBS, Operational controlling, Central Controlling, Finance and Tax
-Ensure high data quality (Identity between Fire and SAP, Reporting plausbility checks)
-Prepare Budget and FC for non operational P&L and BS for all Legal Entities
-Support with data gathering for mthly result analyze
-Support with specific centralized HR controlling activities for MX
-Ad hoc reports 

-Dealing with WoC management and  Cash flow FC
-Evaluate opportunities for Cash flow (VAT return) and other performance indicators
-Support with measures to improve overdue situation
-Coordination of requirements for anticipation of regulatory changes (Focus: Tax, Electronic Invoicing, Trade Compliance), fast exchange of information
-Specific Finance Projects, Process improvements in Finance/GBS, Innovation, Lean management

• Deep knowledge of IFRS and Local GAAP
• PFA Activities, P&L and BS
• Major corporate and group policies and guidelines
• SAP FICO
• Office tools + Data Analytics (Excel, Word, PP, O 365, PBI, Macros)
• Strong communication sills, Project Management experience with international teams
• Advance English.
