Manufacturing Bladder Process Engineer

Your tasks

  • Drive knowhow and best practice exchanges between tire and bladder plants in close cooperation with tire curing & building process teams.
  • Driving continuous process improvement (efficiency, stability) through a global Processing Network.
  • Responsible for bladder production process standardization and optimization initiatives in bladder plants.
  • Responsible for know-how collection & documentation for various processes for bladder production.
  • Support tire plants in bladder related trouble shooting in close cooperation with R&D, Quality and Process counterparts.
  • Support tire plants with bladder cost reduction and bladder lifetime increase initiatives.
  • Support development & coordinate implementation of manufacturing systems in bladder production plants.

Your profile

  • Education in technical engineering fields (e.g. chemical, mechanical engineering).
  • 4+ years experience in Tyre Manufacturing Environment or 2 years experience in relevant curing areas
  • Project management experience
  • Personal skills: Flexible thinker with Problem Solving Techniques, Structured & Independent working style,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel 10 – 20% of working time
