Your tasks

Provide support to projects in production.Based on detailed knowledge of the operation and flows of the products. Provide analysis on failures in production line units, coordinate containment actions, and participate in corrective and preventive actions resulting from Jidoka events and non-conformities found on the production floor.

Verify the correct implementation of the quality standards defined by Continental, control and monitor during series production aiming for continuous improvement in processes and products with the goal of producing with better quality.

Your profile

Analyze process failures and issues found in Production to detect problems promptly, Manage KPIs (DPMOs, FPY, IDR), avoid failures with the customer, and provide feedback to SQM regarding supplier-caused failures (generate QNs).

Perform product and process audits. - Using the defined checklists - To identify, contain, and report potential risks that negatively affect the quality of our products, processes, and quality system.

Capture and archive reports from the various quality databases. - To have documentation and a history of failures and present results in project meetings.

Participate in the analysis of the events of Jidoka and execute the line cuts that are in the production plant.

Coordinate the containment actions and validate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
