Instructora / Instructor Técnico Acabado Final

Proporcionar capacitación técnica, certificación y recertificación para el área de acabado final de Producción y Calidad, personal de inspección de almacén Interno y Extenerno, a través del desarrollo de estructura, programas y manuales que permitan mejorar las habilidades y conocimientos de los trabajadores/ras de acuerdo con la calidad, seguridad y eficiencia.

Alcance principal: Calidad del producto.

-Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Administración o a fín. (deseable).

-Se requiere Carrera técnica o Bachillerato General.

-Experiencia en industria automotriz.

-Se requiere experiencia en inspección visual.

-Se requiere experiencia en el proceso de acabado final.

-Conocimiento del catálogo de Defectos (deseable).

-Habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo, trabajo estructurado y por objetivos, resolución de problemas y toma de responsabilidad.

-Orientación a la Calidad.
