Project Manager in Automotive Purchasing & SQM Process Management Organization - (TM)

Shaping, planning, and reviewing of process implementation of Purchasing and Supplier Quality Management processes in the landscape of our provider SupplyOn:

• Analyze existing process implementations in the tool landscape of SupplyOn;
• Join / lead cross-functional, international teams for process implementation/improvement in SupplyOn;
• Define and describe requirements towards tool realization;
• Kick-off, steer and approve the implementation process with internal and external partners;
• Join internal and external Expert Groups in your area of responsibility.

Take over full ownership for your area of responsibility:

• Single Point of Contact for the whole Purchasing and SQM organization (support, training, reporting) and other internal partners;
• Central contact for external partners;
• Participate in Expert Groups with other Tier1s, representing Continental Automotive;
• Support decision making about new implementations or improvements in SupplyOn by Automotive Purchasing and SQM Boards.

Special programs

• Represent Purchasing Automotive & SQM Process Management in the programs and ensure the organization´s requirements are reflected;
• Regularly report status to management;
• Control progress, implementation and sustainability

• Academic degree in the field of Economics or comparable qualification;
• More than 3 years of professional experience;
• Experience in Project Management;
• Experience in Purchasing or SQM;
• Fluent English language skills, written and spoken;
• Effective communication skills;
• Very good knowledge in using the usual MS Office programs;
• Structured, result-oriented work method and analytical thinking;
• High team spirit and assertiveness;
• Intercultural competence.
