QMPP Engineer

Your tasks
The following activities needs to be reviewed by a QMPP. Ensure compliance with customer requirements such as IATF, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Failure Analysis reports, etc. Participates in maintaining good customer relationship exercising effective communication. To coordinate all activities before and after SOP related to customer requirements ensuring customer satisfaction and green scorecard (quality/logistics) within plant level. Drive escalation to BU, R&D or other central function (if needed).
Ensure awareness of customer quality requirements and proactively progress toward achievement throughout the organization:
- Communicate general customer topics to core teams
- Medium/Advanced knowledge of customer tools and processes
- Collect the General Customer Requirements, including all changes
- Under supervision, coordinate implementation in the plant of the General Customer Requirements
- Asses the correct implementation of the General Customer Requirements
- Usage of applicable corporate procedures like P 80.1 Product Integrity, CAP0100096-01 Analysis and
Documentation of PI-Concerns, CAP0800029-02 customer complaint management and CAP 1000848 - Adherence to customer specific requirements (QSB, CQI-14, etc.)
- Supports in all Customer internal/external audits and assessments.
- Customer requirements and other certifications:
- Participates actively in activities, audits, fulfillment and compliance with procedures to an extend required by the role and/or stated in our management system.
- Understand the policies objectives of the management system.
- Stop the production process, if the product integrity is at risk.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree: Engineering
- At least 2 years in Automotive Industry
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position
- Advanced English
- Customer's portal: Ford (E-psw / e-APQP / VPP / FSCD /QR) (plus)
- SAP (plus)
