Your tasks

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating team efforts, and managing relationships with stakeholders. Main Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and task delegation.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and present project status reports, including KPIs, milestones, and risk assessments.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, contracts, and change requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and legal requirements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of project management best practices.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based with occasional travel to client sites or project locations.
  • Collaborative and dynamic team setting.
  • Performance evaluated based on project delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and adherence to budget and timelines.
