Your tasks

We are looking for an IT Specialist for CI/CD with broad knowledge across both development and operations — including coding, infrastructure management, system administration, DevOps toolchains, and ITSM areas such as Incident and Problem Management.

You will collaborate with development teams to design and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines that enable the rapid and reliable delivery of software applications and infrastructure platforms with high quality and in a secure way.

You are expected to foster effective collaboration between development, operations, and QA teams, ensuring smooth handovers and continuous knowledge sharing. It's essential to understand customer needs, processes, and the value they aim to create.. Customer and DevOps need to collaborate to design solutions and reach the same target (value of co-creation). You will also write software and scripts to support evolving business needs.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of software development practices, including version control, build systems, and automated testing especially in the area of CI/CD
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions
  • Proficiency in scripting and / or coding languages such as Python, Bash, WSL, or PowerShell etc.
  • Experience with configuration management tools and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) concepts
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with infrastructure provisioning and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)

Would be a plus

  • Experience with ITSM tools such as BMC, focusing on Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • Awareness of Information & Cybersecurity Operations, Tools and Applications and how they fit into the DevOps cycle
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear and concise technical documentation using tools such as Markdown, GitHub Pages, Confluence, and SharePoint Online
