RD_191-25 Key Project Leader

• Represent R&D in key program team and is responsible for the successful execution of all tasks for product development, design and testing within the scope of time, quality and cost objectives
• Approve project org. chart, staffing plan, training plan and project schedule
• Act as first level escalation in terms of technical issues during the project lifetime
• Act as the technical contact partner for the (internal as well as external) customer; coordinate with PM. Manage the (technical) customer intimacy program during the project lifetime
• Support design for manufacturing workshop in order to ensure manufacturing input at early stage of development
• Manage product related technical risks and problems and counter measure
• Coach and guide technical project leader during project execution

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering
• Excellent project management skills and conflict management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. presentation and moderation techniques, ability to insist, to convince)
• Good understanding of technology used in in-vehicle embedded system
• Strong soft skills in communication, negotiation and coaching
• Advanced knowledge in Risk management, R&D process, methods & tools, Test, qualification and verification strategies, Change/Configuration management, production part approval process, etc.
