Your tasks
- Managing all the people and HR related tasks related to the Location, including recruitment, talent management and organizational development, employer branding, employee engagement, learning and development, HR administration and payroll
- Determining strategic priorities with the greatest potential positive impact by understanding “the big picture”
- Proactively building long-term relationships with partners in and outside the organization with a strong focus on our stakeholders and our customers
- Inspiring passion and commitment by representing the organization’s vision, living by the values of our company, being a role model
- Building a high performing team with a strong quality-oriented mindset, focusing on the development of internal talents
- Providing support to the team by coaching and both positive and constructive feedback
- Reporting directly to the Plant Manager and being responsible for the financial results, the operational and production goals of the Location
Your profile
- University degree in Economics or HR
- Approx. 10 years of experience in human relations
- Min. 3 years in a leadership position
- Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge
- Success-driven personality
- Strong people focus and a team player attitude
- Ability to inspire others
- Being strategic thinker, never losing focus on the vision
- Flexible mindset with keeping legal aspects priority
