Your tasks

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and production planning strategies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between quality, production, and business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of quality control and production planning professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for quality management and production planning processes.
  • Lead problem solving methodology across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Optimize production schedules and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality and production performance to senior management.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management or production planning,  in an electronic manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing large groups of engineers and technicians.
  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
  • Quality Management certifications (e.g., ASQ certifications) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and production planning software.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical process control and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent project management and data analysis skills.
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Experience with supply chain management .
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
