Facility Engineer
Your tasks
1. The primary responsibilities are the operation and maintenance of steam boiler/accumulator, substation (high voltage), low voltage equipment, waste water treatment system, heating system, fire fighting system, ventilation system, air conditioning system in coordination with BU’s;
基础职责是蒸汽锅炉/蓄热器，高压配电房，低压设备，污水处理系统，供热系统，消防系统，通风
系统及空调系统提供电力及机械方面的支持，协调内部事业部，负责上述设施的日常运行及维护
2. Regular check all systems / equipment, and make sure all necessary key spare parts are available;
定期检查所有的基础设施系统及设备，确保备齐所有必须的配件
3. Review the spare parts inventory on a regular basis;
定期检查备件库的情况
4. Coordinate internal engineer and external supplier to deal with the emergencies;
协调沟通内部工程师及供应商处理设施方面的突发事件
5. Prepare PPM plan and reactive maintenance, make lifecycle analysis of each facilities, and come up with
improvement solutions;
准备设施预防性点检表，负责组织有效及时的维护，完成设施设备的数据分析，提出改进方案
6. Manage the project to implement new facilities upgrade and transfer the new facilities to operation team;
项目管理新设施升级并将新设施移交给运营团队
- Assistant in the general facility and infrastructure management;
辅助设施和基础设施管理
- Look for opportunity to improve facilities reliability and reduce the maintenance cost.

Your profile
- Good English inreading and writing;
英语读写良好
- Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering or electrical or related ;
本科学历，机械工程专业、电气背景背景或相关
- Like to try new challenges, ability to solve problems independently;
善于尝试新挑战，有独立解决问题的能力
- Familiar with operation of CAD; able to read drawings (civil / building + machinery); capable to use and search for manuals (operational & technical data sheets);
熟悉CAD运行；能看懂图纸（基建/建筑和设备）；能够使用和查找说明书（运行和技术参数表）
- Best sense in teamwork;
优秀的团队协作意识
- At least 5 years’ experience on practical operations and problems-solving in power transformer stations and steam boilers
至少五年高压配电和蒸汽锅炉的实际操作和问题解决经验
- 8 years working experience in facility area.
8年以上设施领域工作经验
