Your tasks

Outbound deliveries creation in SAP. 

-Coordination and supervization of the Customer Service Team
- Creation of scheduling agreements and PO's for customers. 
- EDI data's updated and checking. 
- Customer Portals updates. 
- New projects/changes/ customer alignment. 
- Customer communication.
- Ensure invoicing process flow. 
- Contradiction/ Escalation / Shortage / customer claim management. 
- Stock availability check. 
- Capacity check (agreed/current/demands). 
- SCM monitoring: customer backlog, increases / sudden demands, orderbook analysis and reporting, obsolete, shelf warmers, MMOG, delivery performance. 
- Customer claim management.
