Software Engineer CAD Applications (m/f/diverse) REF14650U

The IT Competence Center R&D provides customized applications inside the CAD System NX to the tire Research and Development department of Continental. The applications support the business processes to specify and design tires. As a software engineer you implement new requirements, maintain the system and support the CAD users.

Your tasks will be:

• Analysis of requirements und development of concepts to realize
• Design and implementation of applications in NX using C#
• Support of the application lifecycle
• Continuous development of available applications
• Working in development projects
• Ensure Software Quality
• Support and training of CAD users

• Academis Degree in Computer Science or related subject area
• Ideally several years of work experience as a software developer or CAD engineer with programming skills
• Experience in CAD application development with C#, Visual Studio, Unit-Testing, GIT
• Analytical problem solving capabilities
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a team and autonomous, self-dependent working methods
• Strong awareness for software quality
