Team Assistant Internship for Safety and Motion (Iasi)

Are you known for how well organized you are? You can join the Autonomous Mobility and Safety department, and work with us in organizing our teams better. You will be involved in general secretarial and team-assistance activities.

Do you want to be an internship Team Assistant? These should spark your interest:

• Assets tracking and inventory;
• Internal orders of equipment (office materials, electronic devices) and services (trainings requests, maintenance of equipment) necessary for our colleagues.
• Tracking of all initiated orders.
• Assist the management in all business related activities.
• Handle and arrange all protocol activities.
• Maintain an efficient relationship with collaborators such as office supply service providers, couriers etc.
• Write, register and fill company documents.
• Managing trainings and learning programs for the colleagues in the department by using the training application.
• Administration of the necessary training sessions
• Administration of the instructors' database
• Generating evaluation reports

You can be a perfect match to our team if you are:

• Able to work on either on an 8 hour/day schedule;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (World, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Communicative, team-spirit, flexible;
• Very organized and focused person;
• Good English level.
