Elaborar liquidaciones de viaje y darle seguimiento.

Asegurar una correcta, limpia agradable e institucional imagen del area de oficinas

Efectuar traducciones Ingles-Español, Español-Ingles. Asistir en el flujo de informaciones y comunicaciones: contestar  llamadas telefonicas y dirigirlas a la persona adecuada dentro del departamento.

Compra de suministros y papeleria necesaria para la operación del edificio . Seguimiento a entrega y pago de servicios.
