Process Automation Engineer for Operations UX (TM)

• Responsible to align with the HUB community the roll-out plan and next steps for Advanced Automation activities;
• Roll-out and implementation of Industry 4.0 projects in close alignment with the plants to increase the level of automation in our factories;
• Integration of "Digital Industrialization" into process & customer projects;
• Organize Lessons Learned and Best Practice sharing out of the projects into the plants and production network;
• Responsible to support the advanced automation activities in the plant in close alignment with the Industry 4.0 Manager;
• Plan and conduct regular (monthly / quarterly) meetings to create transparency and a frequent reporting to top-management.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
• At least 3 years working experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry in a variety of functions;
• Experience as Automation Engineer, Industrial Engineer or Project Manager for at least 5 projects;
• Coordination experiences with all locations in region;
• Experience in intercultural projects for at least 2 year;
• Self-responsible in finding technical solutions and integration;
• Advanced English skills.
