Process Engineer

Your tasks

'Ensures that the cycle time for each process has been met in order to control the WIP content of each line thru on time / advance delivery of kitted parts.

'Analyze, organize and develop improvements thru CIM 
Ensure analyzation of defect encountered in-order to lessen the scrap cost

'Strategize loading based on the criticality and availability of materials and other resources

'Take full responsibility in process and line set-ups are succesful and qualified as planned (and aligned with the drawing/specification) and contribute to new business initiatives/projects and review/communicate the impact on manufacturing activities and work closely with the QMP, PM, and Manufacturing team to have a smooth transition and line/product release.

'Support and ensure quality compliance and control while increasing line capacity and productivity through process control and improvement activities. 
Implementation of TPM to ensure high availability of equipment to meet the required output for the day. 

'Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance. 
Ensure strong coordination with the PM, QMP, QMPP, and Manufacturing team.

Develop, coach, support, train, and align the team with the KPIs.
Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required

Support the roll-out of Malasakit culture and value formation.
Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors

Liaise and communicate with each department's ESH and CSR activities cascaded by HR team and actively participate by attending such activities. 

Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures
Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere

Your profile

Bachelors  degree in a related field (engineering / sciences) ;
Knowledge on People management and Organization skills;
Knowledge in Quality management system and Problem Solving methodology;
Capable in handling and communicating with supplier and customer.

At least 2 years of extensive technical experience on manufacturing and new set up.
3 years experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry in a variety of functions;
Able to conduct qualification of equipment, jigs, mold tooling and assembly fixture prior production release;
Knowledgeable/ familiar with automation in different PLC programming and vision system;
Knowhow in Electro pneumatic Technology;
Able to generate Machine/Process PO specification based on process flow, drawing and customer requirement.

Experience in Operations together with the Production, Project Management, 
and Quality. Highly motivated and can be a good influence to other colleagues.

Can interact effectively and collaborate with International and Intercultural differences.
