HR Specialist - Payroll
Your tasks
Responsible for Timekeeping and Payroll of SAS employees.
Resolve open issues related to time and payroll process and provide assistance in the completion of standardized HR transactions
Utilizes knowledge base information to answer employee inquiries (time and payroll)
Maintains (electronic) personnel records; researches data to verify employment and salary records
Maintains data in HR system for payroll, organizational management, recruiting, GHR, etc.
Escalates issues immediately to superior when delays occur in response to employee inquiries
Continuously monitors quality and quick resolution of performed tasks and ensures high quality of performance
Maintains a customer friendly focus when dealing within customer issues, complaints, problems, etc.
Explains work instructions to others, adapting guidelines to the assignments as necessary
Supports HR in the implementation and deployment of solutions that enable the CoE & Operations strategy and support the business strategy
Ensures that service delivery complies with all legal, regulatory and compliance requirements
Monitors and reports progress on CoE processes within area of responsibility
Summarizes and completes reporting within HR Operations and for HR Operations
Maintain good collaboration with government agencies and 3rd party providers (eg, TW, OS HRS) to ensure optimal performance
Your profile
Graduate of any four-year course with mathematical expertise is an advantage
At least 2 years experience of HR Time Management experience
Can interact effectively and collaborate with international audience with intercultural differences
SAP knowledge is advantage
