Your tasks

Take full responsibility of New Product, new equipment and line set-ups are succesful and qualified as planned (and aligned with the drawing/specification) and contribute to new business initiatives/projects and review/communicate the impact on manufacturing activities and work closely with the QMP, PM, and Manufacturing team to have a smooth transition and line/product release.

Your profile

Relevant Manufacturing/Engineering degree preferred ( ECE, EE, CoE, ME, IE)
At least 2yrs  of experience as a New Product Launch/Project Engineer, 3yrs experience in automotive or consumer electronics industry in variety of functions.
Extensive New Product Launch experience in high volume and automated electronics manufacturing company. Good understanding of TS16949, ISO14001, ISO9001, Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) and TPM. Project management experience is preferred.
Extensive experience in leading NPL together with the Engineering Team, Project management team and operations. Motivated and can be a good influence to other colleagues.
Can interact effectively and collaborate with international audience with intercultural differences.
