Senior eCommerce/ Web Consultant

You are driving digitization forward! The development and support of the Web eCommerce applications are in your hands. Besides the implementation, fostering the development of IT architecture concepts in line with our IT strategy. You will work in agile development teams together with internal business and key users and in cooperation with other application managers.

Responsible for the development, programming, testing, debugging, post-production support, maintenance, external reporting and documentation of Continental Tire Extranet and Portal systems and interfaces to meet the company objectives and priorities for the support of Global Tires online business processes.

Help us setting new development standards and transforming business requirements into new, understandable solutions. Your supervisor will assist you in your new workspace.

Java Full Stack Developer,
Fundamental experience with Java, Spring framework with spring ecosystem, JPA. Additionally, exposure to Struts and Hybernate to support legacy developments

› Good Knowledge in Frontend Technologies JSP, Java Script, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Ajax, Angular 10 or above

› Good Knowledge in Unix/Linux, Oracle,Tomcat, Apache

› Good Knowledge in Docker container-based architecture and procedure

› Good knowledge in CI/CD, Automation Testing, Jenkin

› Agile project management (starting from agile teams to presentation methods for technical concepts)

› Knowledge of IT service management

› Intercultural Competence

› Organizational talent, the ability to work independently and excellent communication skills
