SCM Trainee

1. Raw Material Logistic - Ensuring of a timely supply of the production with chemical raw materials, carrier materials and test material - Generating of purchase orders, release orders and delivery schedules - Handling of order confirmations and delivery notes - In case of expected shortages of production material in the production affected production areas as well as the Head of Raw Materials Purchasing shall be informed -Regular execution of an inventory control. days-of-inventory analysis, inventory management
2. Customer Logistic -Processing of Orders for serial materials -Order and Stock management according to the daily customers delivery request (Adherence of stock turnover) -Documentation of the customer transactions to ensure traceability at every time -Coordination of daily deliveries with the finished goods stock and shipping department -Check deviation between shipped and received material to customer, release golden tax invoice and send to customer. -Handling of credit note (reduction of Invoice/ Delivery amount)
3. Production Logistic -Communicate with customers logistic regarding logistic topics, including forecast, demand, delivery and fluctuation. -Organize weekly MPS (master production schedule) process, determine resources and output production schedule in order to meet customer’s requirement. -Execute PAC (product activities control) process in order to manage daily production. -Communicate and cooperation with material planner team regarding the MRP and material availability, in order to ensure the smoothly running of production plan.

1. University degree or above（Fresh graduate or within 2 years working experience）
2. Experience in Automotive industry or Supply Chain Management is preferred
3. Familiar with SAP, RPA, KNIME, POWERBI is preferred
4. Fluent in written English
5. Good communication skills, good at cross-departmental communication
