Design of Tooling for new or modified product

• Conception of vulcanization- and plastic tooling, gauges incl. process set-up  of new or modified tooling
• Collaboration for the determination of production processes to achieve an efficient production
• Creation of the specification requirements for tooling and the documents for request for quotation
• Technical negotiation with potential supplier, verifying of the offers and recommendation for procurement

Service tasks

• Functional consultation of the different departments in the area of tool management and repair
• Collaboration for optimization and modification of existing tooling

Technical Bachelor degree,
Technical Master degree
Technician

• Mechanical Engineering
• Design
• Process Engineering

Skills

• Experience of several years about tool design
• Plastic and Rubber Technology
• Tool design, tool shop
• Experience in serial production is an advantage
• Electronic Data Processing skills CAD
• good English language, slovak language
• Good exposure with people and conflicts
• Authority
• Ability for problem solving
• Negotiating skills
• Accurateness
• Willingness to travel also to international destinations
• Driving licence
