HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Serve as the project key member for all autonomous vehicle (AV) testing solutions and development projects.
• Plan and prepare complex resources (vehicles, drivers, tire samples, measurement equipment) for both standard and autonomous testing protocols.
• Develop and update specialized test procedures that account for the unique load profiles and driving behaviors inherent to self-driving systems.
• Utilize Matlab and Python to maintain tools, interpret vehicle sensor data, and analyze CAN bus communication.
• Create and maintain KPI dashboards using data visualization programs to track departmental performance and data quality.
• Maintain all calibration standards and supporting documentation to ensure absolute data reliability across all test methods and maintenance of Quality management systems
• Lead corporate projects and present technical results to internal stakeholders
• Represent Continental in career fairs, collaborations with universities for internships/projects

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Robotics preferred)
• 2+ years of automotive testing experience 
• Proven track record in autonomous systems or advanced vehicle dynamics.
• Proficiency in Matlab and Python.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and technical communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted; ability to sit or stand for 8+ hours per day in a testing environment.
