Ihre Aufgaben
本岗位的使命是领导、规划、协调、执行及管控所有供应链相关活动与职能,确保达成预算及供应链目标(如最大化交付表现、降低成本与库存),并代表工厂 / 运营单元对内外部相关方进行供应链管理领域的沟通与对接。供应链经理需主导、管理并落地供应链全流程持续改善行动计划。
The mission of the position is to lead, plan, coordinate, implement and control all supply chain activities and functions to meet budget and supply chain targets (e.g. maximize delivery performance, reduce cost and inventories) and to represent the plant/operations unit towards internal and external contacts regarding SCM topics. The Supply Chain Manager initiates, manages and implements action plans for continuous improvement of all supply chain relevant processes.
1. 领导工厂 / 运营单元的所有供应链活动与流程
Lead all supply chain activities and processes for the plant/operations unit
2. 基于工厂 / 运营单元、业务单元供应链及集团战略,制定工厂供应链战略并转化为可执行的行动计划
Define the plant supply chain strategy and translate into action plans based on plant/operations unit, BA SCM and Group strategy
3. 依据业务单元及集团供应链标准,对内外部相关方设定工厂 / 运营单元专属的供应链标准与要求,并确保落地执行
Set plant/operations unit specific SCM standards and requirements towards external and internal contacts and ensure implementation based on BA SCM and Group standards
4. 执行并监督业务板块、业务单元及工厂特定的供应链政策、流程与标准
Implement and monitor Seg. BA and CT specific policies, procedures and standards for SCM
5. 在跨职能团队中发起并管理工厂 / 运营单元供应链优化项目,提升效率、可靠性与成本管控水平
Initiate and manage plant/operations unit SCM optimization measurements to improve the efficiency, reliability, and cost situation in cross-functional teams
6. 参与工厂 / 运营单元的战略、预算及运营规划(如投资、库存、供应链成本、产能及人员编制规划等)
contribute to strategic, budget and operative planning of the plant/operations unit (e.g. with respect to investments, inventory, SCM costs, capacity and headcount planning)
7. 制定工厂 / 运营单元供应链目标,结合内外部客户期望与贡献要求确保目标达成
Define SCM plant/operation’s unit targets and ensure the achievement under consideration of internal and external customer expectations and contribution
8. 运用持续改善体系(CBS)方法及培训措施,发起并实施持续改善活动
Initiate and implement continuous improvement activities by applying CBS methods and training measures
9. 发起并管控供应链设备相关投资(如叉车、仓储设备等)
Initiate and control investments for supply chain equipment (e.g. forklift trucks, warehouses)
10.与业务板块或业务单元职能部门对接,收集本地供应链需求、诉求及其他反馈
Interface to segment or BA functions to gather local supply chain requirements, demands and other feedback.
11. 代表工厂 / 运营单元对内外部相关方进行供应链领域(如流程要求)的沟通与对接
Represent the plant/operations unit towards internal and external contacts regarding SCM topics (i.e. process requirements)
12. 发起、参与及 / 或主导本地供应链相关及跨职能项目
Initiate, participate in and/or steer local supply chain related and cross-functional projects
13. 积极参与环境、健康与安全(ESH)相关工作
Participate actively in the activities of environmental health and safety
14. 参与供应商的筛选、评估与开发
Participate in supplier selection, evaluation and development
15. 领导工厂 / 运营单元供应链领域的变革管理
Lead change management in plant/operations unit SCM
16. 确保工厂 / 运营单元供应链工作合规运营
Ensure compliance in plant/operations unit SCM
17. 开展员工沟通、人才发展与辅导工作
Conduct employee dialogues, personnel development and coaching
18. 支持工厂根据自身业务需要安排的其它相应或者相关联的工作
Support other appropriate and relevant tasks assigned by the plant according to its business needs.
Ihr Profil
1. 全日制本科或以上学历,物流或供应链相关专业优先
Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; major in logistics, supply chain or related field is preferred.
2. 8年左右生产制造型企业供应链或战略采购管理工作经验,
Around 8 years of working experience in supply chain or strategic procurement management in manufacturing enterprises.
3. 掌握供应链在流通中各个环节的控制
Solid knowledge and capability in controlling all links in the supply chain process.
4. 熟悉供应商开发及评估
Familiar with supplier development and evaluation.
5. 综合成本控制能力
Strong comprehensive cost control capability.
6. 突出的谈判技巧
Excellent negotiation skills.
7. 团队管理能力
Strong team management skills.
8. 英语沟通能力强
Proficiency in English communication.
