About the Role
We are looking for a curious, motivated, and responsible Intern/Trainee in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support our global IT team. This role is ideal for students in their second year (or beyond) who have gained initial theoretical knowledge in Identity Management, IT Security, or related fields and want to apply their skills in a real-world enterprise environment.
You will work closely with international colleagues and gain hands‑on experience with the OpenText IAM platform and its interfaces.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the operation and maintenance of the OpenText IAM platform
- Assist with IAM integrations and connectors for Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and SAP
- Help monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and support incident resolution
- Document procedures, configuration changes, and technical guidelines
- Participate in global IAM initiatives and continuous improvement activities
Dein Profil
Your Profile
- Enrolled student (2nd year or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Security, or similar fields
- Basic theoretical understanding of Identity & Access Management and IT security principles
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, or enterprise systems is a plus—not a requirement
- Structured, proactive, and reliable working style
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and work in a global environment
- Good communication skills in English
