Development Specialist

1. Responsible for the Product Development & Material Development of auto interior.
2. Responsible for building up know how of all  material.
3. Keep contact with other technology groups of India Surface solution.
4. Ensure work is done according to the rules of IATF 16949.
5. Give support to PM for defined (sub) projects.
6. Take the information of international and domestic industry developing trends for relevant people's reference.
7. Support of the marketing department by technical acquisition.
8. Ensure that the Product Development department supports the solving of quality problems and customer complaints on the demand of the quality or production department.
9. Ultimately responsible for the product performance and stability and customer satisfaction.
10. Fulfill other tasks arranged by superiors.

1. Master degree or above, major in materials or chemical engineering.
2. More than 5 years of technical experience in polymer industry, good knowledge in Auto interior product, material and process is preferred.（Accept outstanding fresh graduates）
3. Proven project management experience in major projects and successfully completed projects with high complexity.
4. Communicating effectively.
5. Good ability to work under pressure and research spirit.
6. Good English in written and read, fluent oral English is preferred.
