Deine Aufgaben
For our Automotive Engineering team at the location Hanover-Stöcken, we are looking for a working student (m/f/diverse) starting February/March 2026. The position comes with a working time of 20 hours per week for at least 12 months and with the following tasks:
- Coordinate ongoing initiatives related to technical and quality requirements management
- Develop and propose sustainable processes for managing technical and quality requirements
- Oversee the complete prototype ordering process for all customer orders
- Evaluate and optimize current prototype order management processes, identifying areas for improvement
- Provide day-to-day support to the Automotive Engineering team, contributing to key tasks in product development projects and quality-related topics
Dein Profil
- Ongoing technical studies in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Initial experience in project management
- Strong interest and passion for project leadership and structuring complex tasks
- High interest in quality standards and process management
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
- German and/or French language skills are an advantage
- Analytical approach to work and good ability to logical thinking
- Easy comprehension of complex issues
- Attention to detail, strong self-motivation and natural curiosity to look beyond the obvious
- Interest in taking responsabilities and bulding leadership skills
