Job Description

Accounts Payable

    - Record and review all accounts payable related to third-party vendors, intercompany transactions, and employee claims.
    - Monitor outstanding open items in accounts payable and identify overdue items. 
    - Reconcile intercompany transactions using SAP and communicate with intercompany colleagues regarding any unmatched items. 

Treasury

    - Review and process accounts payable entries for employees, vendors, and intercompany transactions. 
    - Reconcile bank account balances between SAP and the bank. 
    - Prepare F/X exchange transaction and process the payment.

Tax

    - Assist with VAT declarations for purchase Tax Invoices and other local tax-related tasks. 
    - Prepare monthly withholding tax receipts.
    - Support the preparation of the annual corporate income tax return. 

General & Reporting

    - Reconcile balance sheet accounts (Inventory, Accrued charge, etc.) on a monthly basis. 
    - Support to prepare financial statements in compliance to IFRS and Group Policy.
    - Support external audits performed by statutory auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies.

- A university degree or equivalent qualification with a strong background in finance
- Over 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- IFRS Accounting backgrounds
- VAT declarations & local tax work(부가세 신고, 원천세 업무) experience
- External Audit experience
- Intermediate or higher verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel

Preferred conditions;

- SAP FI module experience 
- System improvement experience
- MS Excel VBA experience
