IT Specialist for Privileged Access Management - Digital Workplace Infrastructure - OESL

Ihre Aufgaben

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist for Privileged Access Management to join our Digital Workplace Infrastructure team, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient Access Management solutions for our global IT Infrastructure organization. You will be responsible for:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Privileged Access Management solutions across the organization
  • Conducting regular audits and risk assessments of privileged access systems and processes
  • Developing and enforcing policies and procedures for privileged access, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate PAM solutions with existing security systems and workflows
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for PAM-related issues
  • Developing and delivering training programs on PAM best practices for IT staff and end-users
  • Staying current with emerging trends and technologies in Privileged Access Management and recommending improvements to existing systems
  • Coordinating with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure optimal performance and support of PAM solutions

This role requires a proactive approach to security, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global IT environment.

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Advanced knowledge in Privileged Access Management technologies, security standards, and modern authentication frameworks
  • In-depth knowledge of authentication methods and protocols (e.g., LDAP, RADIUS, SAML)
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows and Linux Servers as well as Active Directory
  • Several years of working experience in a complex IT environment with distributed international teams
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
  • Creative problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Know-how in management and administration of PAM solution provided by "Beyond Trust" is a plus
