We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to guide a distributed team of data analysts in delivering impactful business intelligence solutions. You will champion modern leadership practices, fostering collaboration, autonomy, and continuous development across multiple locations. In this role, you’ll oversee the creation of data models and analytical reports that support a variety of business functions. You’ll work closely with our business stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights. Ihr Profil
Leadership:
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring data analysis teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities effectively, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytical reports and data models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Additionally, you bring experience in the following areas:
- Data Driven Applications: Experience with data analysis, report creation and business intelligence
- Data Governance & Security: Familiarity with central regulations (e.g. GDPR) and common data governance approaches.
- Cost Optimization: Ability to manage platform related budgets and optimize resource use effectively.
- Agile and DevOps: Knowledge of collaborative workflows and modern deployment practices.
- Project Management: Experience in leading projects for data driven applications from design to implementation and steering of external suppliers.
